I was blessed once again to photograph a sibling of a past newborn client of me. It is so much fun to watch families grow and see how a new baby changes things. Leila came to see me with her big brother and parents. We captured some of the sweetest sibling shots as well as some of just Leila of course.
I mean I was honestly jealous of her hair and amazing eyebrows. She is one lucky girl!
Look at that sweet little profile!
I had such a great time at her session. I am so blessed to have the best job in the world.
Make sure you are following me on instagram! I here it’s the place to be.
I have had the great honor of photographing Bryanna the newest addition to a family I have worked with several times in the last couple of years. It is always so amazing to watch families grow right before my eyes.
We were able to capture some great family photos as well as sibling shots
She was such a sweet little girl and we were able to capture some of the sweetest shots of her alone as well.
Doesn’t she look like such a baby doll?
I mean aren’t those lashes to die for?

This post is 19 months in the making. I kept this special session close to my heart for awhile then I couldn’t figure out how to upload the very important and heart warming video you will see below. BUT better late than never I always say.
As a photographer there are many sessions that are special to you for different reasons. This session will forever hold a very special place in my heart. For this session I had the honor of photographing one of the most amazing moments in a family’s history. Here’s the backstory…Heather and Mark have been clients of mine for over 4 years. Heather first contacted me when they were pregnant with their first daughter Lottie and we began working together and quickly became friends. Heather is one of the most amazing people I have ever met, genuine, loving, and thoughtful are some of the first words that come to mind. Even though they had moved out of state for Mark’s job they scheduled a family session with me for October of 2016 when they would be back in Wisconsin visiting family. Heather texted me the morning of the session and asked if I had a chalk board I could bring because she “had an idea.”
When I arrived at the session she told her husband she had seen a cute photo where the couple stood back to back and wrote on the chalkboard what they loved about each other and then turned around and showed the other person while the photographer captured their reaction…well little did Mark know what he was about to read would change their lives.
After taking these photos I decided to flip my camera onto video mode and was able to capture some of this wonderful moment live.
I am still so humbled by the fact that I was able to be a part of this very special moment and that I was trusted to capture it for them.
I hope this brighten your day and brings a smile to your face!
Sweet Charlie girl was the girl who broke my streak of boys. I think it’s so interesting how babies seem to come in streaks like a bunch or boys or a bunch of girls. I have often wondered if there is a rhyme or reason to this but it happens all the time!
You’ve gotta love baby yawns…there’s really nothing sweeter.
Charlie’s mama mentioned that she loves fur so I was happy to incorporate that fun texture in her session.
Charlie’s gallery was so beautiful and diverse, we got the amazing posed sleepy shots as well as some amazing wide awake shots.

Sweet Connor was just a ball of cuteness. I love how every baby I see is completely unique have their own personality even at less than a week old sometimes. This is really one of the reasons why I love my job so much. Connor had the most beautiful skin and some really good rolls.
I seriously can’t even handle his sweet face! I am currently booking newborns from now through the end of the 2018! I know how crazy is that?!? If you want to be guaranteed a session please contact me sooner than later. And to stay up to date make sure you follow me on Facebook!
Frankie and Luna were my first ever set of identical twins! I have been working with their family for severals years and I was over the moon when their mama contacted me to tell me she was pregnant again and with TWINS!
Frankie and Luna have two big brothers Rayce and Griffin who came along and were so proud to show me their new baby sisters. They were angels when we did their siblings shots and I am sure they earned a great reward for how smoothly they helped this session go.
I mean how sweet are these shots?!? (and don’t worry for the bottom photo mom and grandma were right there spotting heads)
I was able to capture some amazing shots of the twins together and separate as well.
I would say their session was a complete success! I adore photographing twins and there is no additional fee or charges for two babies instead of one. I also always have an assistant at these sessions so parents are able to relax in the studio while we do all the work. Give me all the babies!

Beautiful Ellisyn came back to visit me for a 6 month milestone session. She was one of the prettiest newborns and she just keeps getting cuter and cuter! I love being able to watch these sweet babies grow and as much as I adore newborns these milestone sessions are so fun for me. I love being able to interact with them and get them to laugh and see their emerging personalities.
Those big beautiful eyes just get me every time!
Look at that sweet face! If you don’t already know I do have a studio stocked with handmade outfits for your baby’s milestone session. These outfits are simple and timeless and will look stunning on your wall. You are always welcome to bring your own outfits but this is a service I love offering my clients.

When I read that my upcoming newborn’s name was Ginny I was over the moon. My late Nana who I loved so so much had a sister named Ginny so this sweet girl held a special place in my heart from the beginning.
Her name definitely fit her, she was classically beautiful and as sweet as pie. Her big sister came along too and you could tell they already had an unbreakable bond.
She was such a dream of a baby, I had so much fun working with her and her whole family.
Quentin is the little brother to one of my former newborn clients Zeke. I worked with their mommy over 10 years ago! It is so cool to be able to photograph people I have known for so long at such amazing moments in their lives. Quentin just like his big brother was so stinking cute and such a good baby! I enjoyed ever second of our session.
We were loving hats for this winter baby. I was so excited to be able to incorporate these pom pom hats which I am currently OBSESSED with. (I even have a little puff ball on my own winter hat)
I just love all the rich warm tones in these last two, makes me want to just snuggle up on these cold winter days we’ve been having.
Judah was a super special little guy because his sweet mama is my hair stylist. When she sent me a photo right after he was born I was instantly smitten. I thought it was AWESOME that he came out with such an amazing head of hair considering what his mom does.
See? I wasn’t joking. Besides having amazing hair and being so stinking handsome he was also a total lover, I could have actually just snuggled him all day!
I can’t even handle him. I have some of the behind the scenes video of his session on my instagram highlights so head on over and take a peak!
